It was 9 am when I placed my same-day delivery order to Tri-City Florist for my mom's birthday. I requested they'd be delivered before 2 pm, but being so last minute, I did not think they would be able to accommodate my request. I was wrong. My mom received a beautiful arrangement before 2 pm as requested. It made her birthday extra special. I would definitely use their services again.
